THE DROP IN

In this first phase we’ll focus on decreasing pain and restoring mobility.

In surfing, this is the transition between paddling and riding a wave.

In wellness, this is when you decide to take control of your health and make a change.

Here, we’ll define your baseline levels and work on reestablishing your foundation. This gives us the framework to move forward with the potential for lasting improvements. Trying to fix something with a broken base is destined to fail at some point. We aren’t interested in quick fixes here.

In the beginning, this requires a bit more focus and frequency to establish a foundation that promotes long term health and wellness.

FIND YOUR CENTER

During this phase, our primary focus is on strengthening and stabilizing your body to restore function and minimize the likelihood of reinjury.

In essence, we're helping you find your physical center, building a solid foundation of strength, stability, and mobility that serves as your core support for long-term wellness.

This phase involves targeted exercises and routines designed to enhance your body's balance and resilience, in addition to hands on treatments, enabling you to regain control over your health and well-being.

We’ll also do some diving into your emotional center. Are you chronically stressed? Do you feel fulfilled? Are you happy? Our bodies are our subconscious minds and if we are ignoring our mental needs, they often arise in our physical symptoms.

RIDE THE WAVE

In this phase, our goal is to empower you to continue on your healthy path by establishing self-care habits that can be practiced at home or through maintenance care sessions, or even better: a combination of both.

Long term health is maintained through the small choices you make each day. Are you getting up to take breaks from the computer? Are you adding fruits and vegetables to your meals?

Here is where consistency is key.

Similar to riding a wave in surfing, maintaining your wellness requires ongoing effort and balance.

We'll guide you in building a sustainable routine that supports your well-being, ensuring you stay on course towards a healthy and vibrant life.
